Representative McFadyen:

I just want to say I represent

where the Oak Creek Reservoir would go.

Mr. Kuharich: You're welcome.

Thank you.

Chairperson Curry: Okay.

Jen Bolton?

Thanks for comlng over today.

Ms. Jen Bolton:

Thank you, Madame Chair, Members of the

Committee, Representative Penry.

My name is Jen Bolton.

I'm here representing Trout

Unlimited and Audubon.

I will be very, very short.

I actually

was not gOlng to testify today.

We did have some concern with this bill as it was

introduced, and we would like to thank Director George and

Representative Penry for working with us to address the concerns

that we had had.

We are presently neutral on the bill and are requesting an

amendment, which I believe it's 009, but I'm not altogether

sure, that would add a--ten?

Representative Penry:

Ten, yeah.

Ms. Bolton:

That would add a sub-section, sub-paragraph E

at the very end of the bill, allowing these funds to be also

used in the long list of things that they can be used for,

looking at prioritizing flow rates for environmental purposes.

We are much more comfortable with the bill in its present

form, where it does go through the roundtable process and have a

- 8 -
