<br /> <br /> <br />Application Guidelines <br /> <br />Applicant agrees to 10% hold back of final payment pending completion of the funded <br />scope of work and final report to PSC (for review) and GBRT. <br /> <br />No application will be accepted by the GBRT that proposes use of GBRT allocated funds <br />for any project not within the geographic boundary of the Gunnison River Basin. <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />Project Objective <br /> Provide a short description of the total project. <br /> <br />Scope of work for which f unds are requested <br /> Provide the scope of work for the funds requested. <br /> <br />Total requested funds <br /> Amount of funds requested. <br /> <br />Schedule of expenditures <br /> Provide a schedule of when funds will be requested and spent. <br /> <br />Sponsor <br />Whenever an individual or for - profit entity submits an application and has <br />secured a public water management entity, provide the name of that <br />entity. <br /> <br />Team structure <br />Describe a list of all teaming partners. Partners (publicly known/ <br />acknowledged or silent) are defined as any individual, for - profit or non - <br />profit entity, or government entity who has or is expected to provide <br />technical, financial, labor, real estate, or other material support. <br /> <br />Beneficiaries and benefits <br />Describe direct and indirect anticipated known or anticipated beneficiari es <br />or benefits of the project. A benefit must include financial benefit. <br /> <br />Project Specifics <br /> <br />The applicant may not have detailed information or data to fully address the following. <br /> <br />Project’s major milestones <br />Provide the project’s major milestones and s chedule.
