COMBINES THE EFFECTIVE LOWER Q 100-, 50-, and la-YEAR FLOODPLAIN <br />MODEL (LOWQ99.DAT) FROM THE 1999 TIMBERLINE ROAD LOMR AND <br />THE EFFECTIVE UPPER Q 100-, 50-, and 10-YEAR FLOODPLAIN MODEL <br />(UPPERQ.DAT) FROM THE ORIGINAL 1994 FEMA STUDY. THIS MODELING CHANGE WAS MADE DUE TO THE FACT THAT <br />THE "HARD WIRING" OF DISCHARGES WAS NECESSARY TO ACCOUNT FOR FLOW <br />IN THE MAIN CHANNEL AND THE LINCOLN DIVIDED FLOW PATH WHEN THE UPPER <br />AND LOWER REACHES WERE SEPARATE MODELS.
