If a regularly scheduled debris removal
occurs after a major storm, CONTRACTOR may receive additional compensation for the debris
removal on only the portions of the South Platte River that experienced the major storm. The
CONTRACTOR must be able to substantiate a claim for additional cleanup work with the
DISTRICT before any of this additional work is initiated.
