<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />If CONTRACTOR needs to rent a particular piece of equipment from a vendor to <br />accomplish an item of work the CONTRACTOR may, for p~rposes of the cost <br />adjustment, multiply that vendor's invoice by 1.15 (115 percent) providing that the <br />cost adjustment achieved by multiplying that vendors invoice by 1.15 (115 percent) <br />shall not exceed the latest equipment rental rates as published by the Dataquest. If <br />CONTRACTOR and Subcontractors can show additional expenditures for move-in <br />and move-out, these costs may be included. <br /> <br />Neither the CONTRACTOR in the case of extra cost, nor the DISTRICT in the case <br />of a credit will attempt to apply these percentage adjustments in a way which would <br />pyramid either the cost or credit because a SUBCONTRACTOR or <br />SUBCONTRACTORS are involved. <br /> <br />Dump fees, sales and use taxes shall not be included when calculating the percent <br />markup of time and materials work. <br /> <br />Additional allowance will not be made for general superintendence, the use of small <br />tools, or other costs for which no specific allowance is herein provided. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />BONDS. INSURANCE AND INDEMNIFICATION <br /> <br />A. Bonds <br /> <br />No bonds will be required pursuant to the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. <br /> <br />B. Insurance <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR, and any of its subcontractors, shall carry and maintain through the <br />period of the CONTRACT the following insurance coverage with an insurance <br />company or companies satisfactory to DISTRICT, authorized to do business in the <br />State of Colorado, with limits of not less than: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Worker's Compensation' <br /> <br />. Statutory Amount <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Employer's General Liability <br /> <br />$600,000 <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Comprehensive General Liability Insurance including contractual liability to <br />cover all of the indemnities in this CONTRACT running from CONTRACTOR <br />to DISTRICT. <br /> <br />a.
