<br />that the Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District adopted an opposition to the project <br />unless its concerns are addressed and it listed these concerns. <br /> <br />Aaron Million also made a presentation regarding transbasin delivery of Green <br />River/Flaming Gorge Reservoir water to the Colorado Front Range. Mr. Million also <br />answered questions similar to those posed to Mr. Brouwer. <br /> <br />Dan Israel made a presentation regarding legal methods available for Moffat County to <br />control remaining water in the Yampa Basin. <br /> <br />Dan Craig made a presentation on municipal water issues and needs. <br /> <br />The Roundtable unanimously approved the application of the Upper Yampa Water <br />Conservancy District for a feasibility study of Morrison Creek Reservoir from Water <br />Supply Reserve Account Funds. <br /> <br />The Roundtable unanimously authorized Chairman Sharp to respond to the letter from the <br />Northern Water Conservancy District regarding further discussion of the Yampa <br />Diversion Project. The Roundtable will respond through Chairman Sharp that the request <br />should come from the South Plat Basin Roundtable. <br /> <br />The Needs Assessment study funded out of the Water Supply Reserve Account for <br />agriculture was approved in an amount not to exceed $150,000. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Yampa White Roundtable will be in Steamboat Springs on July <br />18,2007 at 6:00 p.m., location to be announced. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned. <br />
