Janet: Suggest that it would be appropriate to put together a
group that would strategize to secure what we need to move forward.

Shimmin: If 3 east slope basins were already together, seems like could be
overbearing. Perhaps, better if our basin says to Yampa, "can we statt to talk
about this." Might be less threatening?..attempt to use this process as
intended to work. Think of it as one-on-one dialogue; message from South
Platte should not be in the form of something formalized. .. but rather a request
for dialogue.

Wilkinson: Yes, group to strategize; yes, seems that it would be better to have
a conversation; go after the April meeting, and have someone from all three
basins and be there for a conversation; have support and strategy of how we
would be willing together.

Jerke: would it be helpful if we have interested patties go through Hecox to
help Northern and Wilkinson?

Wilkinson: Would it be okay to ask contacts in Yampa what would be the best
approach to come to you?

Hecox: Two key components: basin of origin and environment/rec community
most important.

Dinner

IV.
