Harold Evans: need evaluation of this money with estimate of costs and CDM Tom Iseman: Also would like a look at a nonconsumptive use; this basin could do work to refine this; we would like to make a presentation on this to describe what this would look like; thus, as per task orders: this is a priority for us; Harold: Add this to my amendment; look at all of these items and request what we would thus add nonconsumptive under Official 1400 Task Order Request. Motion: Motion to go with first 4 items listed on the Task Order/Project Summary: 1) Source of Supply; 2) Unappropriated Waters; 3) Supply Availability; 4) Impact of Reuse. and, in addition to directing the first 4 items to be our priority, evaluate costs for other items as a second grouping, and to look to 179 money to start getting those done; the second grouping (Republican River, Supply & Demand in Upper Mountain Counties) will be in the next phase to seek a detailed cost study to be brought forward for a budget analysis.
