<br />--per IBCC by-laws: IBCC will not stop to bring any alternates up to speed; <br />thus emphasis on fact that alternates need to be there at all times; Shimmin, <br />like Wilkinson, feels that each of them could be each other's proxy. <br />John Metli: How important to have two different votes? <br /> <br />Shimmin: under proxy, there would be two votes even if only one of our reps <br />was present. <br /> <br />Bill Jerke: Call for Motion: <br /> <br />Leon Allen: Move to have proxy be our form of voting in terms of absence of <br />one of our IBCC representatives. <br /> <br />Les Williams: Second <br /> <br />William Brown: What about situation if both of you could not attend? Could <br />we designate an alternate on record just in case neither of you could not <br />attend?
