<br />. . <br /> <br />._' ). .L <br />, . <br /> <br />,.. r' <br /> <br />2.6.3 One meeting with stakeholders/participants to review draft and <br />receive comments <br /> <br />2.6.4 Revise the Report in response to OWNER'S and CWCB'S <br />comments, as appropriate, and furnish 10 copies of the Final <br />Report to OWNER for distribution <br /> <br />TOTAL COSTS TASK 4: <br /> <br />$15,255.00 <br /> <br />2.7 ENGINEER'S services under this Project will be considered complete at <br />the earlier of (1) the date when the Report has been accepted by the <br />OWNER and CWCB or (2) thirty (30) days after the date when such <br />Report is delivered to the OWNER and the CWCB for final acceptance. <br /> <br />2.8 LEGAL SERVICES related to and in support of the engineering study will <br />be provided by Whiteing & Smith, general counsel for the District, which <br />will include, among other things: <br /> <br />2.8.1 Coordination and participation in meetings with the District and <br />CWCB, and with various stakeholder/interest groups <br /> <br />2.8.2 Legal analysis and advice on environmental concerns, permitting <br />requirements, Rio Grande Compact issues, and engineering <br />reports <br /> <br />TOTAL LEGAL COSTS (not to exceed): <br /> <br />$10,000.00 <br /> <br />3.0. OWNER'S Responsibilities <br /> <br />3.1 Furnish to ENGINEER, as requested by the ENGINEER for performance <br />of services as required by this Agreement, the following: <br /> <br />3.1.1 Data prepared by services of others, including without limitation <br />explorations and tests of subsurface conditions at or contiguous to <br />Rio Grande Dam and Reservoir, drawings of physical conditions <br />in or relating to existing surface or subsurface structures at or <br />contiguous to the Dam and Reservoir, or hydrographic surveys <br /> <br />3.1.2 Environmental assessments, audits, investigations and impact <br />statements, and other relevant environmental or cultural studies <br />as to Reservoir, the site surrounding the Reservoir and adjacent <br />areas <br /> <br />3.1.3 Field surveys for design purposes and property, boundary, <br />easement right-of-way topographic and utility surveys or data, <br />including relevant reference points <br /> <br />3.1.4 Water supply reports and data <br /> <br />3.1.5 Property descriptions <br /> <br />Appendix A to Grant Contract No. C150221 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
