<br />.' <br />. . <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br /> <br />1.0 The Proiect <br /> <br />The Project is the Rio Grande Reservoir Multi-Use Enlargement Study which will <br />be funded by a grant from the Colorado Water Conservation Board. The Project <br />will include a study and development of a final report which generally addresses <br />the following: a) the physical feasibility of enlarging Rio Grande Reservoir; and, <br />b) determining the potential uses of an enlarged Reservoir to address multi-use <br />needs in the Rio Grande River Basin including management and administration <br />of the State's Compact entitled waters and potential solutions to water supply <br />and distribution problems in the Basin, as more particularly set forth below. <br /> <br />2.0 ENGINEER'S Services <br /> <br />Upon this Agreement becoming effective ENGINEER shall conduct the Project <br />as follows: <br /> <br />2.1 Consult with OWNER to clarify and define OWNER's requirements for <br />the Project and review available data. <br /> <br />2.2 Advise OWNER as to the necessity of OWNER'S providing or obtaining <br />from others data or services that are not part of ENGINEER'S <br />services, and assist OWNER i!1 obtaining such data and services. <br /> <br />2.3 Task 1: Project mobilization, coordination and meetings <br /> <br />2.3.1 Hold initial coordination meeting with OWNER <br /> <br />2.3.2 Hold coordination meeting with OWNER and CWCB <br /> <br />2,3,3 Draft workplan detailed with time-frames for completion of the <br />Project <br /> <br />2,3.4 Meetings/coordination with various stakeholders/interest groups- <br />up to eight meetings <br /> <br />2.3.5 Progress review meetings with OWNER and CWCB <br />representatives - up to four meetings <br /> <br />2.3,6 Prepare monthly progress reports and invoices <br /> <br />TOTAL COSTS TASK 1: <br /> <br />$50,480.00 <br /> <br />2.4 Task 2: Conduct a brief initial screening of potential fatal flaw issues by <br />examining existing documents made available to ENGINEER.
