Irrigation water ownership of these respective entities <br />includes: <br />· Flying Dishpan Ranch: 24 shares in Lower Platte and Beaver Canal company; <br />388 shares in Johnson and Edwards Ditch Company; 3 shares in Morgan Prewitt <br />Reservoir; 6 Private Rights in Riverside Reservoir; and two irrigation wells <br />· Keystone Triple G Ranch: 120 shares in Johnson and Edwards Ditch Company; <br />7 shares in Morgan Prewitt Reservoir and 2 Private Rights in Riverside <br />Reservoir; one irrigation well. <br />· 22 Ranch: 16 shares in Lower Platte and Beaver Canal Company; 210 shares in <br />Johnson and Edwards Ditch Company; 5 shares of Morgan Prewitt Reservoir; 5 <br />Private Rights of Riverside Reservoir and one irrigation well. <br /> <br />Lower Platte and Seaver Canal Company water supply consists of diversions from the <br />South Platte under decrees dated 1882 (38 CFS) and 1888 (284 CFS) in addition to <br />shares owned by the company in Jackson Lake and in Riverside reservoirs. Johnson & <br />Edwards Ditch Company water supply consists of diversions from the South Platte River <br />under decrees dated 1872 (15 CFS meadow right) and 1886 (48 CFS). <br /> <br />As noted above each of the irrigated farming entities comprising FL Gill H20 LLC is <br />dependent on water from groundwater wells to supplement surface supplies. The <br />planned effort for which financing is being sought is development of augmentation water <br />to cover our well depletions. Well locations and irrigated fields and other aspects of the <br />proposed project are shown in Figure 1 on the following sheet. <br />
