<br />-use of Rio Grande Reservoir for Compact purposes <br />-use of Reservoir for nonconsumptive use <br />-ground water monitoring <br />-subdistrict issues <br />-refining information on hydraulic divide <br />-issue of counties having different land coding process (i.e. no differentiation of how <br />land is irrigated - ground or surface - need to create uniformity between assessors etc. <br />-appraisal process for subdistricts <br />-Terrace Reservoir <br />-consolidation - rehab of diversion structures - per Rio Grande study <br />-having CDM help - regarding augmentation of wells for municipalities - what do well <br />regulations mean to them <br />-storage of water higher in basin - possibly develop a white paper regarding the various <br />issues, legal, compact, etc. <br />-refinement of ground water model <br /> <br />CDM will keep track of these - didn't discuss how these efforts might be funded - from <br />which accounts? Need to determine sponsors - TABOR issues, etc. - comes back to <br />prioritization and timing for going for competitive funds <br /> <br />Will draft a press release from Roundtable to provide outreach to community regarding <br />fund availability <br /> <br />Rio - discussion with SL V Wetlands; environmental aspects of all projects; resource to <br />group and projects <br /> <br />Mike W - project for Platoro Reservoir <br /> <br />Ray - consider possible 0% interest loan for subdistrict formation and a series of grants <br />to help repay <br /> <br />Mike G - concern about how to continue funding for some on-going groundwater <br />monitoring; have CDM contract for it and then reimburse through Roundtable funds <br /> <br />Other possible projects? <br /> <br />Travis - hope to finalize the Rio Grande Reservoir Multi-Use study and present it to the <br />Roundtable in January; District will make an application for competitive grant monies; <br />Phase II - identified alternatives and non-consumptive issues; first study asked a lot of <br />hypothetical questions.
