Habitable housing is not found within 500 feet of the site boundaries.
The site is of low visibility but is readily accessible from Cree Court.

Treated Water Distribution and Storage:
The distribution system consists of small amounts of 3", 4", and 6" lines, with the vast majority of
lines being 2" and 1-1/2" in size. Polyethylene pipe intended for domestic use is the most widely
used material.

There are three pressure zones in the distribution system. These are shown on Drawing 1.

Water is pumped from the clear well at the main water treatment plant to a combination of a
1 OO,OOO-gallon ground level steel storage tank and an adjacent 500,000-gallon tank that
pressurizes the low zone. These tanks are located at the end of Navajo in the SW % of Section
28 T4N-R71W.

A pump station at the intersection of May Avenue and Kiowa pumps water from the low zone to
a buried 20,000 gallon steel water storage tank located on Pinewood Drive approximately 0.3
mile west of Highway 36 in the SW % of the NE % of Section 32 T4N-R 71W, which pressurizes
the middle zone.

A pump station southeast of the La Chaumiere restaurant in the NE % of the NE % of Section
32 T4N-R71W pumps water from the middle zone to a combination of a 100,000 gallon ground
level steel storage tank and an adjacent 500,000 tank located on Elk Road approximately 0.1
mile south of Deer Lane in the SE % of Section 32 T4N-R71W, which pressurizes the high zone.

Total current treated water storage in the system is 1,220,000 gallons.

Well Supplies:
On the east bank of the River, just north of Kiowa, is a well which delivers raw water to a small

2
