Attach separate sheet, if <br />needed. The reservoir is currently on restriction by the State Engineer's Office (SEO) <br />due to the lack of a spillway. Additionally the SEO is concerned about the stability of the <br />embankments during flood stage therefore toe drains are to be installed. The goal of the <br />project is to restore the reservoir to it historic gage height of 30 feet. The water is to be <br />used for irrigation solely for agricultural purposes. <br /> <br />2 <br />
