Minutes from Oct. 24, 2006 meeting were <br />reviewed. Carl made motion to accept the Oct minutes, Dirk seconded the motion. <br />Motion passed. <br /> <br />IBCC Report <br />Neither Carl nor Kent was able to attend the last meeting held in Durango. Carl spoke <br />with one of the IBCC members following the meeting and learned that not much of <br />substance was covered on the agenda. Kathleen Curry was not in attendance, therefore <br />no ulrther discussion was held concerning amending the Criteria and Guidelines to <br />increase basin account funding to the 2 million dollar level. As hosts, the Dolores/San <br />Juan River Basins provided a presentation during the meeting. The IBCC will not meet <br />in December or January with the next meeting being postponed till February. With Bill <br />Ritter's election as governor it is likely that there will be a new Director of Compact <br />Negotiations appointed. Carl commented that Russ George will no longer be the Director <br />of the Colorado Department of Natural Resources, but it is unceliain whether Russ <br />George will continue his involvement with compact negotiations. <br /> <br />SPWRAP Presentation <br />Deb Freeman was unable to attend due to inclement weather and will be rescheduled as <br />presenter for Dec 19 roundtable meeting. <br /> <br />Task Orders <br />Nicole Rowan, Task Order Manager with CDM distributed a grid to assist with <br />organizing task orders and potential projects in our basin. Kent distributed a set of <br />similar grid worksheets that Ed Perkins with CDOW developed to assist with task orders <br />and project evaluation. Nicole commented that if we proceeded to fill in the worksheets <br />that Ed developed, then she could transfer information onto the CDM grid. <br /> <br />Kent pointed out that when reviewing Ed's grid, he noticed that on page 2 in the Needs <br />Assessment grid section, one of the potential items listed was "environmentallin stream <br />flows. Kent diverted from discussion of task orders for a minute to inform the roundtable <br />that three in-stream flow filings were expected to come before the CWCB during the <br /> <br />1 <br />
