He mentioned <br />that there had been changes at the State level, and didn't know what would happen. Harris Sherman <br />indicated that he would like to keep the IBCC in place and referenced three main areas of concern: <br />1) education, 2) the water supply reserve account, and 3) the needs assessment. Bill remarked that <br />the GBRT's needs assessment might have been slow to get stm1ed but now was being used as an <br />example around the State. He thanked the Needs Assessment Committee (NAC) and Tyler <br />Martineau for their efforts. <br /> <br />2 <br />
