FINDINGS AND DECREE

On the 27th day .of April, 1979, this cause caming
an far hearing an the petition far the .organization .of a Water
Conservancy District under the "Water Canservancy Act," .of the State
of Calorada, the Caurt,after full hearing, finds:
1. That the petition in this cause far organizatian of a
"Water Conservancy District" was filed in the .office of the Clerk of
the District Court, sitting in and for Fremont County an February B,
1979, and by order, this Court on said day fixed this 27th day .of
-April, 1979, for hearing said petition, by the District Court sitting
in and for said Fremant Caunty, at the Caurt House in the City .of
Canon City, Fremant Caunty, Colarada. That bond to pay all expenses
connected with these proceedings in case the organizatian .of the
District be not effected, with security approved by the Court, has
been filed in and is a part of these proceedings.
2. That the petitian far the organizatian of a water
canservancy district, filed in this cause, sets farth:
(1) The praposed name .of the District.
(2) That the praperty within the praposed District
will be benefited by the accamplishment of the purposes enumerated
in Sectianl02 of said Act.

(3) A general descriptian of the purpose of the can-

templated improvement, and of the territory to be included in

the proposed District.

(4) The assessed value of all irrigated lands within

the baundaries of the proposed District.

(5) A general designation of Divisions of the District

and the number of Directars of the District propased for each

subdivision.

(6) A descriptian, by attached map, of the .overlapping

boundaries .of the Southeastern Colorado Water Canservancy

District.

(7) Prayer fer arganizatien of the District by the

proposed name; and
