<br />Colorado River Water Conservancy District, but there have been some improvements. <br /> <br />Release water from Green Mountain for Grand Valley was unavailable in 2002, so Ruedi <br />Reservoir satisfied it. <br /> <br />Federal action will almost certainly be required for an agreement regarding Denver Water's <br />conditional water right application to be approved. <br /> <br />The Gunnison, Yampa, and San Juan basins are all affected by the Denver decision. <br /> <br />Chuck Ogilby, Eagle Municipal <br /> <br />V oters should decide the Denver decision.
