Denver Water <br /> <br />Denver Water filed for diligence on Blue River Decree Robert's Tunnel and Dillon Reservoir <br />refill right. The western slope parties objected. <br /> <br />Denver is required to reuse its effluent water under the Blue River decree. Issues are currently <br />stayed while Denver is trying to resolve the issues with the western slope. <br /> <br />Colorado River UpCo (Upper Colorado River Study) and the Fraser River Basin study are efforts <br />to find more water quantity. <br /> <br />B. Lurline Curran. Grand County <br /> <br />Grand County is a headwaters county. It is struggling with Denver Water's Moffatt Tunnel <br />firming project and the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District Systems Windy Gap <br />firming project. Grand County sees this as a last stand. <br /> <br />It's very complex when water can be taken. It makes it hard to plan for future growth.
