Th e result of the discussion was the establishment of an agenda for the <br />next meeting: <br /> <br /> Time Task <br />12:30 - 12:45 Roundtable Business (dispense with introductions) <br /> <br />12:45 - 1:00 IBCC Representative’s Report <br /> <br />1:00 - 1:30 Frame and Organize Small Gr oup Discussions <br /> <br />1:30 - 2:00 Small Group Discussion #1 <br /> <br />2:00 - 2:15 Report by Small Groups to Roundtable <br /> <br />2:15 - 2:45 Small Group Discussion #2 <br /> <br />2:45 - 3:00 Small Group Reports, Set Agenda for Next Meeting <br /> <br />The roundtable agreed that Chairman Hamel , with the support of Mr. Hecox and Mr. Tramel, <br />should organize the small group discussion and provide a framework. <br /> <br />4. Mr. Barber rearranged the agenda in the interest of time so the Bylaws could receive <br />consideration before 3:00 pm, when some roundtable members might need to leave. The Bylaws <br />were reviewed, calling attention to the revised language in Article VI, Section 3, Disclosure of <br />Interests. This prompted some discussion, generally in favor of disclosure as a method to <br />improve the quality of fut ure deliberations. Ms. SeEtta Moss made a motion for approval of the <br />Bylaws, Mr. Jay Winner seconded the motion. The vote was 34 in the affirmative, and the <br />Bylaws were adopted. <br /> <br />Mr. Barber reminded the group that with adopted Bylaws, the next roundtable meeting would <br />include election of four (4) officers, a Chairman, two (2) Vice Chairmen and a Recorder. <br /> <br />5. Mr. Jeff Tranel made a presentation of Services available from the CSU Extension. Some <br />feedback was offered on the venue for the meeting. <br /> <br />The nex t meeting will be April 12, 2006, at the same location, the Pueblo Accchiato University <br />Center, 2200 Bonforte Boulevard, LW - 331 (East Ballroom), Pueblo, Colorado.
