The <br />Notices to Contest are attached to this memo. <br /> <br />Participants <br /> <br />As per Rule 5d. (3)(d)., the following Instream Flow Recommendations were contested by the listed parties by the <br />March 31, 2006 deadline: <br /> <br />Badger Creek <br />Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District ("UAWCD'') <br /> <br />Alder Creek <br />Dr. Timothy McLeod <br /> <br />Staff notified all persons on the ISF Subscription Mailing List of the contested recommendations prior to the April <br />10,2006 deadline. Pursuant to Rule 51.(4), where a contested ISF appropriation is based fully or in part on another <br />agency's recommendation pursuant to Rule 5a., that agency shall automatically be a Party in any proceeding. Based <br />on Rule 51.(4), the US Deparbnent of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management will be a party to both of the <br />contested stream proceedings.
