Among the issues I think may be <br />appropriate to consider are: <br /> <br />1. The Hidden Valley Project is de-authorized. Perhaps we can briefly review <br />whatever is now planned for Hidden Valley. <br /> <br />2. The Stevens Lake Project is authorized for $1.9 million. <br /> <br />3. There is some question concerning the Feasibility Study grant. You have <br />received materials from Jack DeLange that you have not yet had an <br />opportunity to review. It would be helpful if you could review those <br />materials for adequacy, and advise Jack ahead of time as to whether <br />additional materials are necessary. <br /> <br />4. You understand that the District is not proceeding on the Martinez Project. <br />Again, I think it would be good to discuss future plans. <br /> <br />5. Finally, and most significant to me, is reviewing the loan proceedings and <br />forms. To this end, if the loan agreement form which you are currently <br />
