<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: The Pagosa Area Water & Sanitation District File <br /> <br />FROM: Bill Green <br /> <br />DATE: June 19,1996 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Telephone Conversation with Jack DeLange <br /> <br />He informed me that the District is now leaning in favor of the Martinez Creek project instead of <br />the enlargement of Stevens Lake. This will require a new authorization. Davis Engineering is still <br />working on the feasibility study.
