<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: The Pagosa Area Water & Sanitation District File <br /> <br />FROM: Bill Green <br /> <br />DATE: September 6, 1996 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Telephone Conversation with Alan Davey, Davis Engineering <br /> <br />The PAW &SD is still considering a number of different alternatives for expansion of their raw <br />water supply system. If they decide to begin construction next year, they will probably try to <br />obtain commercial financing for the first phase of a project and pursue CWCB financing next year. <br />He indicated that a feasibility study would probably be submitted to us in the next few months for <br />the proposed project or projects with presentation to the Board next year. <br /> <br />cc: Chuck Lile <br />Section B Staff <br />Linda Bassi, AGO <br />
