"ATTACHMENT U"

Name of Facllities/Project Scope

.AlI facilities listed below supply irrigation water to the North Poudre system. This system services 10,000
acres of irrigated fannland in Larimer County, Colorado.

1. North Poudre Reservoir No.6 Outlet Ditch - This project includes the repair of approximately
1,500 linear feet of ditch downstream of Reservoir No. 6 which is sloughing due to high
groundwater. The sloughing impedes delivery of water through the ditch and is may encroach on
private land if the sloughing cominues.

The scope of work includes placin, approximately 1500 linear feet of 54-inch concrete pipe and
placing fill over the pipe to an elevation that will stabilize the ditch banks.

2. Buckeye Lateral Ditch - This project includes the repair of approximately 1,000 linear feet of ditch
which runs parallel to and near Larimer County Road 80 in northern Larimer County. The ditch
is sloughing and will encroach on County Road 80 in the near future if left unchecked. The
sloughing is also in danger of de-stabilizing a concrete lined ditch on adjacent private property.

The scope of work includes placing approximately 1,000 linear feet of 36-inch concrete pipe and
filling the ditch to an elevation that will stabilize the ditch banks.

3. North Poudre Reservoir No.5 Spillwl\v Rehahilitation - This project includes increasing the size
of the Reservoir No. S spillway and installing a concrete cutoff wall in the spillway to reduce the
potential for erosion during spillway flows.

4. Nonh Poudre Reservoir No.4 Dam Rehabilitation. This project includes the rehabilitation of the
Reservoir No.4 dam, outlet, and spillway. These modifications will bring the reservoir dam up
to current Sate Standards and allow f1lHng the reservoir to its full decree.

s. Indian Creek Reservoir ~iIIway Rehabilitation - This project includes increasing the size of the
Reservoir spillway and installing a concrete cutoff wall in the spillway to reduce the potential for
erosion during spillway flows.
