As part of the <br />overall project, tm following scope of seMces outlines a list of tasks for completing the Coal Creek <br />Drainage Proj~ Feasibility Report, as requhed by the Colomdo Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />The Scope of Services meets the requirements for completing the floodplain and local drainage <br />portions ofthc overall project. As an outcome of the study! the following list of deliverable work <br />products will be prepared: <br /> <br />· A Feasibility Report that meets the requirements of the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board, including definition afthe project, feasible alternatives, estimates of cost and <br />town tlnancfal infotn'latlon; <br /> <br />COAL CREEK FLOOD PROTECTION PLAN <br />PROJECT DEFINITION PHASE <br /> <br />Task.1-Scoping Meeting. Additional Services Related to Prior Eftbrts and Project Meetings <br /> <br />W ^//N 7 <br /> <br />The NoltelEDRC team will co~uct a project kick-ofl'meeting to assist the Town in further defining <br />the scope of work and to outline clwmels of communication during the project. It is anticipated that <br />several entities will be represented at the meeting including: <br /> <br />1) The Town of Wellington; <br />2) Representatives of Nolte/EDRC; <br />3) The Colorado Water Conservation Board; and, <br />4) Other entities that the Town chooses to include. <br /> <br />At the kick-off meeting the team will make an infonnal presentation regarding the project schcdulel <br />timing of the work products and the role of the project team and the Town in the project <br />development process. <br /> <br />NoltelEDRC will provide additional services related to work performed under the October 15, 1999 <br />contract between Nohe Associates, lnc. and the Town of Wellington.
