The NoltelEDRC team will rely on the <br />Town staff to prepare this data. <br /> <br />Ultimately, a preferred alternative will be identified in the Final Feasibility Report. The <br />preferred alternative will be defined and documented through completing the priority setting <br />exercise, the cost evaluation, determination of technical feasibility and information gathered <br />from the public information meeting. The preferred alternative will have a more complete cost <br />evaluation for inclusion into the Final Feasibility Report. The study requires a significant <br />amount of input from the Town for completion. This means information provided to the report <br />by Town staff and information provided from the citizens at a public information meeting. <br /> <br />As stated above, the CWCB has a specific format for completing the Feasibility Report. An <br />outline of the required format is shown below. The deadline for submission of the Feasibility <br />Report is early November 2000 to meet the budget cycle for the state's fiscal year 2001.
