<br />Agenda Item 16c. <br />July 13-14,1998 <br />Leroux Creek Water Users Association <br /> <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />(Updated 8/6/98) <br /> <br />Action taken by the CWCB July 14,1998 <br /> <br />A motion was made by Ray Werner to accept the staff recommendation with the addition <br />that the previously authorized loan for $150,000 (for the rehabilitation and/or <br />enlargement of four reservoirs authorized in HB 95-1155) be deauthorized by November <br />and that the security (in property or water rights) be sufficient to assure repayment of the <br />loan.
