Quantities Actually Available <br />Estimates of quantities actually <br />available will be compared to the r~aper <br />rights" of the decreed amount and <br />presented in tabular form so that a <br />direct comparison can be made. This <br />section is intended to suggest a more <br />realistic appraisal of the Grand Mesa <br />source as a future water supply for the <br />City. The quantities estimated to be <br />actually available will be compared later <br />with the water use forecast of Section IV. <br /> <br />EXISTING FACILITIES AND PRODUCTION <br /> <br />A. Raw Water Reservoirs <br />A description of the reservoir system <br />on Grand Mesa. The operating procedures <br />of these reservoirs will be discussed. <br /> <br />B. Transmission Lines <br />A description of the Delta Pipeline <br />including the Dirty George Creek and <br />Doughspoon Aqueducts. Known sizes and <br />capacities will be listed and indicated <br />on a map. <br /> <br />C. Treatment Plant <br />A description of the existing chemical <br />treatment plant facilities, including <br />operation, production, and capacity. <br />
