<br />In addition to the activities included in Eric Hecox's recommended agenda for 2006, we have <br />also discussed, and may want to include, setting aside time for each member to present/discuss <br />their water issues and interests. We've also discussed the need to educate our members and <br />I'm also attaching Eric Hecox's listing of educational materials and topics for your review. <br /> <br />I would also like to have some discussion about setting a regular meeting date and time for <br />future meetings. I believe that a regular meeting schedule will encourage attendance by a <br />larger number of our membership by allowing people to plan for meetings well in advance. <br />We've already seen how difficult it is to try to schedule a meeting around the calendars of more <br />than 30 people. <br /> <br />Finally, I did send a letter to Russell George notifying him of our IBCC appointments. I also sent <br />a letter to the Governor's Office of Boards and Commission expressing the roundtable's support <br />for Olen Lund's application for one of the governor's appointments to the IBCC. <br /> <br />Happy Holidays and I'll see you on the 4th. <br />
