<br />Water Issues <br /> <br />North Fork has been declared "over-appropriated" by Division 4 (but there is <br />flood water early season runoff that is unused.) <br />Rehabilitation and Maintenance: Rehabilitation and Maintenance of existing <br />structures is vital. \Ve must maintain what we have before we build new. <br />We do not have a surplus of water at present, but we are getting by.
