<br />~ <br /> <br />CWCB DRAFT #4 2121/07 <br /> <br />I EXHIBIT 1 <br />I <br />I <br />2007 Annual Supplement <br /> <br />This Annual Supplement is made and Jtered into on , 2007 by and among: <br />the Six Agency Committee, Central Arikona Water Conservation District, the Southern <br />1 <br />Nevada Water AuthoJity (Lower Basin Parties) and the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board (CWCB) all of which at times arJ referred to collectively as "Parties" or <br />individually as "Party." This Annual SJpplement is attached to a base Agreement to <br />, <br />provide funds for weather modification !Activities in the State of Colorado. <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Objectives. <br /> <br />Activities for WY 2007 represent modeSt extensions of existing programs, and Activities <br />I <br />should increase runoff to the Colorado River as well as build cooperation and local <br />support for future Activities. The funds [IProvided will not be used to purchase equipment <br />for cloud seeding Operations in WY 2007. The fund amounts are approximate, and may <br />I <br />be adjusted as the Parties deem appropri~te. <br /> <br />Contributions. <br /> <br />The following Parties will provide funding for WY 2007 as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Central Arizona Water Conservation District <br />Six Agency Committee I <br />Southern Nevada Water Authority <br /> <br />Total <br /> <br />$36,667 <br />$36,667 <br />$36.666 <br />$110,000 <br /> <br />Activities and Budget. <br /> <br />The $155,000 in contributions will be spent performing two primary tasks. <br />I <br /> <br />1. Extend Operations of four ongoing cl~)Ud seeding projects - $85,000: <br /> <br />A. Roaring Fork and Frying Pan River areas: Colorado Springs Utilities Permit - <br />$30,000. <br /> <br />B. Western San Juan Mountains:: Southwestern Water Conservation District <br />Permit - $40,000. <br /> <br />C. Grand Mesa: Water EnhanceijIent Authority Permit - $15,000. <br /> <br />The Grand Mesa Water Enhancement Authority may spend up to $5,000 of the <br />$15,000 total for minor upgrades to existing equipment such as installing flow <br /> <br />. <br />
