Noted - correction will be made. <br /> <br />Ref. pgo 20 para 2.303 2nd bullet The additional 5,000 acre feet 4 out of5 years can come from <br />Ruedi or GMR Noted - correction will be made. <br /> <br />Ref. pg. 20 para 2,3.3 5th bullet Wolford Mountain Reservoir provides up to 6,000 acre feet of <br />water per year for fish releases depending on pool contents and storable inflow. The FWS <br />controls 6,000 acre feet of storage which benefits from 10% of the storable inflow. For example <br />in 2002 the 6,000 acre foot fish pool received about 345 acre feet. Suggest revise to read "Up <br />to..." Noted - correction will be made. <br /> <br />Ref. pg. 20 Section 203.4 para 3 delete "...average annual..." The provision of 20,000 acre feet is <br />an average of 20,000 acre feet only counting those years in which release triggers at the Palisade <br />gage are realized, Noted - correction will be made. <br /> <br /> <br />Diversions were not made to <br />storage, but were diverted directly for municipal use with 1 00% consumptive use. <br /> <br />Ref. pg. 21 para 4 Why is only 110,000 acre feet of new depletions included in the analyses? <br />The 15 MR PBO recognizes 120,000 acre feet of new depletions. The individual future <br />depletions cited by the report total 111,000 acre feet. What is the effect of the additional 10,000 <br />(or 9,000) acre feet of depletions if they are used on the west slope through diversions to storage <br />less return flows when used? Significant to the estimate of peak flow at the Palisade gage? <br />Effect is not known because demands submitted to Brown and Caldwell for the modeling effort <br />only totaled 111,000 acre-feet, not 120,000 acre-feet as specified in the PBO. We chose to model <br />the exact projected demand provided by the modeled entities. <br /> <br />Ii <br /> <br />Ref. pg. 21 Section 2.306 para 1 The 20,000 acre feet is not provided "...on an average annual <br />basis." The 20,000 acre feet is to be provided on average based on the years which the triggers <br />at the Palisade gage are realized. Noted - correction will be made. <br /> <br />Ref. pg. 22 para 1 The 20,000 acre feet will not be determined "...as an average annual <br />volume..." but rather on an average of the years when the triggers at the Palisade gage are <br />realized. The first reference in this paragraph is incorrect (similar to the other examples cited in <br />these comments) with respect to the objective ofCFOPS.
