The <br />award-winning project includes over forty miles of greenways, bridges and underpasses, pocket <br />parks, environmental presentation and restoration areas, and flood capacity improvements. The <br />project budget is over $1 million each year. <br /> <br />1987-1989 <br /> <br />Special Projects Manager <br />City of Boulder <br />Boulder, Colorado <br /> <br />Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing a number of City projects along with <br />providing guidance and input for the preparation of city-wide master plans, annual operating and <br />capital budgets. and determination of recOlmnended city policies. Worked closely with the City <br />Manager's office, City Attorney's office and the Parks, Planning, Open Space, and Public Works <br />Departments in a cooperative way to complete each project. This project won the 1986 Colorado Engineering Excellence Award, 1986 Colorado <br />Landscape Design Award, and the 1987 Best of Boulder Awards.
