(McLaughlin at Topic #5.) We are in agreement with <br />him. Figures 1 and 2, shown above, show Charlie's Hole and the D-Hole creating a <br />hydraulic sufficient for a national level freestyle event at 1700 cfs, indicating that an in- <br />channel diversion to focus flows for the intended recreational purposes has been created <br />in the Yampa River. <br /> <br />6 <br />
