The first two Figures in Attachment J <br />were taken from a perspective that is situated in the region below each structure where <br />the pool was widened as part of the construction according to the design documents <br />shown in Appendix 1 of this letter. The arrow in figure 4 below shows the approximate <br />perspective ofthe first picture shown in Mr. Browning's "Attachment J." <br /> <br />10 <br />
