<br />111. Providing wildlife conservation planning for participants as <br />requested. <br /> <br />IV. Spending any portion of the three million dollars ($3,000,000) <br />referenced above in Section VI.B.i., which remains, after Idaho's <br />VI.A obligations have been paid in full, on conservation measures <br />within the Incentive Area. <br /> <br />C. Establish an Enhancement Program Steering Committee, which will <br />include representatives from the State Technical Committee, FSA, <br />Idaho Department of Water Resources, Idaho Soil Conservation <br />Commission, Idaho Department of Fish and Game, agriculture and <br />conservation groups and local governments. This group will advise <br />Idaho on the implementation of this CREP and on the allocation of any <br />remaining portion of the three million dollars ($3,000,000), referenced <br />above in Section VI.B.i., which is not otherwise expended on VI.A. <br /> <br />D. Seel( producers who are willing to offer eligible and appropriate land <br />for enrollment in the ESP A CREP. <br /> <br />E. W orl( to ensure coordination with other agricultural conservation <br />programs of State and federal agencies and non-government CREP <br />partners. <br /> <br />F. Review each CREP Offer to: <br /> <br />1. Verify the water right appurtenant to the land enrolled in the ESP A <br />CREP is an active licensed, or active decreed right under the law (a <br />permit will be accepted if proof of beneficial use has been submitted to <br />Idaho Department of Water Resources), and approve the Agreement <br />Not to Divert, and forward an approved copy to the applicable county <br />FSA office as soon as possible but no longer than six months after <br />receiving the Agreement Not to Divert. <br /> <br />11. Verify the claimed water right matches the land to be enrolled in the <br />ESP A CREP. <br /> <br />iii. Ensure that if multiple water rights are found to be appurtenant to the <br />land included in the ESP A CREP Offer, then the Agreement Not to <br />Divert will be modified accordingly. <br /> <br />IV. Verify the water right is not already enrolled in the Idaho Water <br />Resource Board State Water Banl(, pursuant to Idaho Code S 42-1761 <br />or in use for other mitigation and if the Agreement Not to Divert is <br />denied for any reasons, notify the applicable FSA county office. <br /> <br />CREP AGREEMENT - 7 <br />Rev. 05-08-2006 <br />
