3. Conference- Work with Projects WILD, Learning Tree and Food, Land &
People to plan, prepare, and execute 3-day facilitator leadership conference.
This task will require grant monies for both planning and execution phases;
however, this will be a cost-share with Projects WET, WILD, and PLT.

CWCB Grant Funds: $13,OOO-Project WET hard costs of conference
hosting, includes paying for substitute
teachers, hotel, meals, etc.

III. Partnership Projeds
Responsible Party: CWN Water Education Coordinator, except where noted.
A. National Project WET office relations- Maintain open communications with
National Project WET office to obtain materials and provide input on changes
or additions to Project WET programs and materials. Hired Coordinator will
represent Colorado at National Project WET Conference. Part of this task will
be working with CWCB and National Project WET to determine if a Colorado
state guide is necessary by June 2008.

B. Collaborate with sister Project coordinators- Actively participate in the
effective and long-standing partnership of Colorado Project WET with Project
WILD, Project Learning Tree, and Project Food, Land & People. Project WET
facilitators are often facilitators with Projects WILD and Learning Tree. This
partnership provides facilitators with a convenient joint training workshop and
