Mr. Green provided his <br />comments (see attached) on the revised feasibility study report (submitted on February 2) and the <br />loan application. The changes to the feasibility study report are to be incorporated by replacing <br />pages in the existing report without re-issuing the entire report, as described below: <br /> <br />Comment No.1: The priority date is corrected to 1865. Replace page 4-1 with the attached page. <br /> <br />Comment No.2: The last sentence of the first paragraph has been revised and the year clarified. <br />Replace page 4-3 with the attached page. <br /> <br />Comment No.3: The paragraph on Embankment Modifications (page 6-4) describes the work <br />required for the breach repair. <br /> <br />Comment No.4: The work task "Embankment Replacement" has been a9ded to the list on page 7- <br />1. Replace page 7-1 with the attached page. <br /> <br />Comment No.5: The reference to "Conservation District" on page 8-1 has been changed to <br />"Conservancy District". Replace page 8-1 with the attached page. <br /> <br />Comment No.6: Table 8-4 has been changed to include a Debt Service Reserve Fund. Replace <br />Table 8-4 with the attached, revised Table 8-4. <br /> <br />Comment No.7: The paragraph on the net value of the agricultural production comparison to total <br />project cost has been revised. Replace pages 9-1 and 9-2 with the attached pages. <br /> <br />Comment No.8: The last paragraph on page 10-1 has been revised with "annual project costs" in <br />lieu of "loan replacement costs".
