A preliminary indication of the extent of participation by each of the applicants in the project; i.e., the projected ownership of stock in the proposed ditch and reservoir company by each of the four entities and the expected project yield for each, c. The status of any current water rights filings or proceedings, d. A swnmary of any permits required and the status of permit applications, and e. The terms and status of contractual arrangements between the applicants and Cyprus Climax Metals Company for acquisition of the Eagle Park Reservoir site to include a description of any guarantees to be provided by Cyprus Climax with regard to the suitability of discharges from the reservoir for the applicants' intended project purposes. 3. Financial Information a. Copies of the three most recent annual financial statements for each of the four applicants, b. A schedule of funding requirements along with a description of any other sources of funding (in addition to the CWCB) for the project, c. A projection of all revenues and expenditures (both capital and operating) by the proposed ditch and reservoir company for the period of CWCB debt retirement to include a reserve fund equivalent to one annual payment on the Construction Fund loan(s) (see Appendix B of the Construction Fund Guidelines for an example), and d. Some indication of the financial impact of the project on the four applicants in terms of increase in total indebtedness and (where applicable) rates or charges to water users along with sufficient information to allow the reader to understand how the financial impact was estimated.
