22 cubic feet of water per second. The diversion Is located In the N1J2 of the NW 1/4, NW1/4 of section
28, T 7 N, R 89 W, 6th PM. The canal fallows alcmg the south side of Elkhead River through the N 1/2 of
the NE 1/4 of Section 29, T 7N, R 89 W, 6th PM, then reacM the first area of lands to be Irrigated and
flows westerly for about two miles continuing tel deliver water to users and owners of said water and
members of this corporation. In the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, NW1/4 section 29, T 7 N, R 89 W, 8th PM a lateral
diverts water from the Smith Ditch to deliver weter to fields and to cross Elkhead River and delivers water
