Please accept my apologies regarding the time in which we have taken
to respond with this review. I hope the delay has not caused scheduling problems with the
preparation of the final document.

Comment #1, pg. 6-13, sec. 6.6.1.1 Water Rights/Depletions, sentence #2:

If some existing agricultural rights will need to be changed to year-round uses, the
Plateau Creek and Colorado River (15 Mile) instream flow rights will need to be
recognized. Future diversions under the "changed" rights may be limited to times when
those instream flow rights are satisfied. That limitation may effect future yield.

Comment #2, pg. E-30, Summary of Stakeholder Meeting, CWCB, November 1, 1994,
paragraph #2:

Change the paragraph to read: "Sue Uppendahl indicated that it was apparent that
Ute Water was coordinating concerns among the various agencies. She suggested
contacting Jim Von Loh in the Natural Areas Program regarding endangered plants (866-
3437). The Natural Areas Program is under the administration of the Division of Parks
and Outdoor Recreation in the Colorado Department of Natural Resources."
