Each will result in the preparation of one or more <br />deliverables which will be submitted for review and approval in accordance with the attached schedule. The task <br />descriptions are arranged in the order of their performance with the exception of Task 8 Coordination Meetings, <br />It is anticipated that project meetings will be held once a month. The published physical information will include construction drawings of the existing <br />facilities (e,g. reservoirs, canals, turnouts, etc.). An understanding of the environmental and water rights issues <br />will be developed by researching available information. <br /> <br />Methodology: <br />1. A two-day field investigation will be made to develop an understanding of the project layout and <br />operations, Photographs will be taken during the field survey to add in the development of the exiting <br />facilities inventory, <br />2. An existing facilities inventory will be prepared, The inventory will describe the physical location, <br />condition and hydraulic properties of the structures, <br />3. Available water rights information from the Company will be reviewed and tabulated. <br />4. Existing two-foot contour maps will be obtained from the City of Loveland.
