Lite, P.E. <br />Direclor, CWCB <br /> <br />February 26, 1997 <br /> <br />Re: Feasibility Study Loan and Grant <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Bernhardt: <br /> <br />I am pleased to inform you that at the January 29, 1997 meeting of the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, the Board recommended a Construction Fund loan of $23,400 and approved <br />a Small Dam Site Reconnaissance Program grant of $10,000 for a total of $33,400, not to exceed <br />50 percent of actual costs, to the Greeley and Loveland Irrigation Company for the purpose of <br />conducting a SYstem evaluation and feasibility study of the Company's water storage and <br />distribution system. The $23,400 loan will have a term often years and a lending rate of3.25 <br />percent. <br /> <br />Please continue to coordinate with Bill Green on the conduct of the feasibility study and the <br />Small Dam Site grant. <br /> <br />, action on the $23,400 loan will be included in the 1997 ction Fund <br />legislation and is su . authorization by the Gener m ly.
