Develop a detailed estimate for all project costs. <br />h. Estimate annual operating, maintenance and replacement costs. <br />1. Describe financing arrangements and sources of funds for the project. <br />J. Permitting requirements. <br />k. Estimate the number of households expected to benefit from the project. <br /> <br />11. Prepare a report and assemble a~mpanying documentation for submittal to the CWCB. <br /> <br />An e.stimate of the hour requirements, direct costs and total project costs is shown on the attached <br />. sheet. The total projec:t cost is not to exceed $29,040, unless amended in writing by the City of Fort <br />Morgan, Estimated completion of this project will be on or before October 31, 1994.
