Evans <br />CWCB Director <br /> <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />Deputy Director <br /> <br />Re: Loan Authorization Review <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Ferree: <br /> <br />Based on my conversation with you in August of this year, it is our understanding that the <br />City of Craig would like to relinquish the City's $750,000 authorization for Elkhead <br />Reservoir as originally authorized in SB 86-27 and as amended in HB 00-1419. <br /> <br />If you could send me a letter to this effect, it would not be necessary for the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board to again review the authorization in November of this year.
