Mr. Guenzi notified me by letter dated July 21,2006 that <br />the City of Sterling is acquiring 24.4 acres of the Guenzi Farm that is currently held by the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) as collateral for Loan Contract No. C150174. <br />This letter confirms that the CWCB releases the 24.4 acres as collateral for the loan contract and <br />does not require any payment for the acquisition of the property by the City of Sterling.
