Please sign, as president, all four <br />copies of the contract amendment and one copy each of the promissory note, security agreement <br />amendment and deed of trust amendment, have your signature attested by Delbert Helzer as <br />corporate secretary, and the corporate seal affixed. Also, the deed of trust amendment must be <br />notarized. <br /> <br />Please return the signed documents to me and it will take approximately five to ten working days for <br />the contract amendment to be completed.
