Per House Bill No. 04-1221, Sections <br />14 and 15, the Emergency Fund - Fund 485 - was to be closed and any remaining monies <br />transferred back to Fund 424, The remaining funds encumbered for this loan were transferred back <br />to Fund 424 at the beginning of FYOS during the closing of Fund 485. However, the amendment <br />was not routed at the same time to denote that these amounts were no longer needed. Steve Shull <br />has contacted the State Controller's office to explain this matter. <br /> <br />As a result of the above, there will not be a PO attached to this routing since the modification had <br />occurred with the transfer of funds back to Fund 424.
